Swordfish is a mild and very delicious fish. It is best prepared with low heat since it easily gets dry. The meat is ready when it is no longer transparent. But it should still look juicy/succulent. In Japan the swordfish is very popular to serve raw, for sushi or sashimi. Fish is an excellent source of protein and B vitamins while low in fat and cholesterol, which makes them a good choice for a healthy diet .
