4 x piece of salmon
1 dl chopped fresh thyme
1 dl of olive oil
1 lemon juice
sea salt from the mill
Dry well melted salmon fillets and put them in a suitable sized dish. Mix the spices, lemon juice, olive oil and cut thyme in a bowl.
Pour MARINADES on salmon and let it rest for a least one hour.
Brush the marinade on bottom of the bowl on the fish. Fry on a hot grill or roast on pan till you get a nice color (about 3 minutes if the grill is hot).
Do overcooks the fish because lemon juice also cooks fish. Pour the leftover marinade on fish . Serve with fresh lettuce and boiled potatoes.
If you like, you can leave the potatoes away and serve the dish only with salad. For example, asparagus, avocado and grated emmental cheese are good salad supplements.
